Jamie’s journey to the yoga studio started in 2007 with the classic 90 minute 26 style. She loves the moving meditation, the mental and physical challenge and how she feels after class. She’s practiced a variety of modalities; weight training, vinyasa, hatha, yin, fusion, pilates, barre & more. Eventually she worked up the courage to take barre teacher training in 2017, and started teaching regularly. Jamie has since completed two, 200 hour yoga teacher trainings in The Classic 26, and Vinyasa, as well as Yin. She loves the structure of the 26, the flow of vinyasa and the shaking in barre. Jamie strives to create classes that are fun, challenging, and inclusive.
