Susan has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 20 years. In 2024, she deepened her commitment to the practice by graduating from the Original Hot Yoga Association, specializing in the traditional 26 & 2 method.
Blending her medical expertise as a long-time Registered Nurse with mindful movement, Susan offers a grounded and holistic approach to health and well-being. Her classes emphasize healing, resilience, and balance—both on and off the mat.
