Not only a place to take Yoga & practice self care & positive habits, but Studios become a grounding point, a cornerstone, for communities where local friendships are made and tended to with each class. A regular practice builds all this form & technique into muscle memory for a more coordinated, more flexible, stronger, & quicker reacting body.
