Joshua Gray

Joshua began his yoga journey in 2018. From a young age being active in sports, martial arts and dance was a daily routine. Upon leaving LA and with the insistence of fellow theatrical performers and yogis living in New York Joshua signed up for his first yoga class a week after moving back to the Pacific Northwest. After three years of attending classes, Joshua completed his 200 hour Yoga teaching certification.

Joshua owns a production company specializing in live video game broadcasts and digital media. He’s confident yoga is one of the best ways to help the digital generation connect to their natural selves.
